Room Reservations Ritchie and Slawson Halls

Most room reservations requests are limited to KU Faculty, Staff, and Students only.

When requesting a Geology Department controlled room,

check if the room has been reserved:

• visit Outlook at www.mail.ku.edu
• Go to calendar
• Select new event
• Type the room name into the location
• To request a reservation, type your name in the title and provide additional information in the description (individual or group study, course, faculty request, video conference, interview, etc…).
• You will receive a confirmation email when your reservation is approved.
