Most room reservations requests are limited to KU Faculty, Staff, and Students only.

When requesting a room, please send the following information to the building manager at eeecenter@ku.edu

  • Who is requesting the room along with email and phone?
  • Why is the room being used?
  • When would you like the room?  We need dates along with the start and end time.
  • How many people are involved?
  • Do you have a room preference?
